2. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our workshops, programs, or certifications. Access may require an account, calendar invitation, or other verification methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Enrollment, Fees, and Payments

• Enrollment: Confirmed upon successful payment and confirmation email.
• Fees: All fees are in USD and payable via approved third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Postponements and Transfers: No refunds, but you may postpone or transfer enrollment within 6 months of purchase.
• Cancellations: We may cancel or reschedule sessions. You may transfer to another session or receive future credit.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Engage in conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of our Services.
• Misuse content, share materials without permission, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Defame, harass, or harm others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and trademarks are owned by AISM Institute or its licensors and protected by law. Materials are for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, Google Meet, LinkedIn). Your use of these services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for issues, damages, or losses arising from third-party services.

7. Professional Conduct and Participation

Participants must act professionally, attend sessions on time, and maintain respectful conduct. We may remove participants for disruptive behavior without refund.

8. Consulting and Certification Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements. Certifications confirm completion but do not guarantee employment or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISM Institute and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AISM Institute and its representatives against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to AISM Institute or its participants.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and AISM Institute, replacing any prior versions or understandings.
